Booking Agent for Groups
Costs are provided directly by Supplier
Booking Agent for International Air
(Airfare is a separate charge based on current fares at the time of booking and is not a part of the Itinerary Package Price unless specifically stated as part of a bundle)
Commissions are paid directly by Supplier

Fees are paid by Client/Traveler

Customized Itineraries for MANN Club Members
begin at a minimum of either:
Minimum 10 Guests in Total
$2,500 min per guest (10 min)

or
$25,000 min per customized Itinerary
Design Fees are paid by Club Member

Customized & Hosted Itineraries for MANN Club Members
begin at a minimum of either:
Minimum 10 Guests in Total
$2,750 min per guest (10 min)

or
$27,500 min per customized Itinerary
Host Fees are paid by Club Member

What are your Travel Designer Fees?

Travel costs vary widely based on many factors including but not limited to whether it is a fully staffed Villa or a Luxury Resort, complexity of a booking or supplier negotiations and therefore impact fees differently.

As Agents, for Customized Itineraries, we collect a non-refundable upfront Consultation/Research fee of $250.00 which can be applied toward a booking once a proposal/quote is accepted. We have affiliations with many travel supplier partners globally.

Travel Design fees are separate and are relative to our clients' (members) budget and are often offset by membership fees.

Design Fees vary from 10%-20% of a proposal based on type of travel;
destination/air/hotel/transportation/excursions and inclusions.

What is your design process?

Our design process involves understanding our client's needs, desired destination, legnth of stay, theme, budget, upgrades, peak seasonality, group size and purpose of the travel.

Once a client agreement is reached, a proposal/quote is accepted, research fees or membership fees are applied and contracts are signed, the vision starts to take shape and becomes a reality.

As Travel Designers, we cater to a select group of Travelers who are mostly Female Entrepreneurs and Influencers (content creators) looking for a dedicated partner in curating a personalized experience and who rely on our expertise to provide access to a vast global portfolio of fully staffed villas, fine unique stays, private guides and excursions with attention to detail.

With travel getting easier and easier to book online, our target customers understand the added value we bring to their experience, our dedication to detail and high touch service.
